• Uses scrap metal sources for up to 85% of powder 
• Utilizes recycled raw materials
• Produces less than 3% scrap due to high material utilization ratio
• Eliminates many manufacturing steps, thus consumes less energy
• Contains very few pollutants in sintering furnace emissions
• Uses minimal cutting lubricants and cleaning fluids
